Plerixafor (octahydrochloride)Plerixafor octahydrochloride(AMD3100 8HCL) is a chemokine receptor antagonist for CXCR4 and CXCL12-mediated chemotaxis with IC50 of 44 nM and 5.7 nM, respectively.
