　　为链霉菌Streptomyces chrysomallus 产生的混合物，主要成分为C1，C2，C3及D。茜草红或橙黄色结晶性粉末。易溶于乙醇、丙酮和苯。作用与更生霉素相近，有较广的抗瘤谱。此外，还具有较强的抗细菌、真菌和病毒的作用。主要用于小儿霍奇金氏病、肾母细胞瘤、白血病等。毒副作用与更生霉素相似，主要为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。晚期恶性肿瘤、红细胞和白细胞低下者及孕妇禁用。
