Usage:
METHYL4-METHYLCINNAMATE is mainly used to synthesize methyl p-bromomethyl cinnamate as an upstream raw material for the antithrombotic drug Ozagrel Sodium. P-bromomethylcinnamate is brominated with N-bromosuccinimide to produce p-bromomethylcinnamate. Methyl p-bromomethylcinnamate is in ionic liquid N-n-butylpyridine tetrafluoroborate. After alkaline condensation with the imidazole in the acid salt at room temperature, the antithrombotic drug ozagrel sodium was obtained with a total yield of 67%。
