Functions: Erythromycin Estolate belongs to macrolide antibiotics. It is the dodecyl sulfate(slat) of erythromycin 2'-propionate. It is mainly used in the treatment of the infections of staphylococcus resistant to penicillin and also used in the patients with the infections of streptococcus and pneumococcus and diphtheria bacilli carrier.
