We were founded in 1967 as a state-owned enterprise and became to a collective enterprise after transition in 1997, further reconstructed to a joint-stock enterprise in 2008. Now, our company name is Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd., we are in the field of chemical industry main produce Organic Amines (derives from C2 to C8), Aroma Chemicals and other fine chemicals. We have seven subsidiary companies and two production sites, other two sites are during construction. From 2001, we started our international business and our customers are around more than twenty countries currently. To ensure us to be an excellent supplier, the process of manufacturing, storage and distribution obeys to international and internal regulations, and we are proud to be certified by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and GB/T 28001.

For Aroma Chemicals, we started to produce Dihyrodmyrcenol from Gum Terpentine Oil since 1995, afterwards, we developed other projects, such as OTBCHA & PTBCHA, Sandalanol 208 (IFF: Bacdanol), Styralyl Acetate, Verdyl Acetate, Verdyl Propionate, etc. Now, our R&D Centre keep on exploring for more intermediates and ingredients.
