1 Concrete Superplasticizer

Mainly used for formulating concrete superplasticizer, high high-strength concrete, steel concrete, prestressed concrete, large formwork concrete, slip forming concrete etc, as a water reducing agent.

it is compound of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensates sodium salts. It is an additive that increases the plasticity and fluidity of concrete to which it is added.It can soften the concrete before it hardens,increase concretes workability,reduces water,and not affect the properties of the final concrete structures projects,but improve the strength of concrete.

xyd brand napththalene superplasticizer can be applied to make flowable, strong or steam-curing concrete. The minimum working temperature can be as low as 0 C. In steam curing, concrete with superplasticizer has to strong enough before heating. SNF/ NSF can reduce water more than 25%. It has features of superplasticizer, effectively increases concrete fluidity and reduces water penetration and segregation. Therefore, improves concrete placement and makes concrete easy to use and compacting.Strengthening: Given the same amount of cement and slump requirement, this product can increase the concrete stress by 50-110%, 40-90%, 40-70% and 20-40% on day 1, 3, 7, and 28 respectively.


2 dispersing agent

Printing and dyeing industry is mainly used for VAT dye suspension pad dyeing, dyeing leuco acid method, dispersion with soluble VAT dyes, dyeing, etc. Can also be used for silk/wool interwoven fabric dyeing, there is no color of silk.Dye industry is mainly used as a separate and lake when making the spread of the additives, rubber latex stabilizer, as well as leather auxiliary tanning agent.

Application methods: excellent diffusivity and protective colloid properties, but no penetration foaming surfactant, etc. For protein and polyamide because affinity of cotton, hemp fiber and affinity.

1 )used to disperse and VAT dyes dispersion, and filling agent, the fineness of disperse dye and VAT dye processing can be used diffusion agent and dye join grinding machine. The dosage of the diffusion agent N is 0.5 3 times of VAT dye or 1.5 2 times the size of disperse dye, also can leave part in dye commercialization in filling agent to join.

2 )suspension VAT dye dyeing mill dying: general diffusion agent in pad dyeing bath N3-5 g/l, general to join in with the original bath diffusant N15 ~ 20 g/l

3 )disperse dye dyeing polyester high temperature high pressure dyeing can join in the dye bath commonly 0.5 ~ 1.5 g/l.

4 ) ice dye dyeing to improve leveling and rubbing fastness, color of phenol render bath diffusion agent is commonly 2 ~ 5 g/l, color bath diffusion agent N dosage general 0.5 ~ 2 g/l

Sure. We welcome every client or trader to be our agent but for the non-cooperated customer, we should check their distribution ability in their market for a period of time (mostly 6 months), or we can cooperate for few orders then go on agent talking. And we will promise that we will keep final customers' confidential, also transfer commissions on time.

3) Do you like to be the Chinese purchase agent for us?
Yes. We can do your Chinese purchase agent on these two kinds of way:
a. Exported under our own name" Wuhan Xinyingda Chemicals CO., Ltd." then add commissions on price.
b. Help to find supplier or factory. We sign contract with them for your side. Payment can be transferred to us then we deduct commissions & pay for factory. In that case, materials can be directly shipped by factory. What’s more, we can also help to solve currency problem.

4) Can you supply free samples?
Yes, it's ok for us to supply small quantity (0.5-1.0kg) free samples but freight should be paid by clients.
Four ways to pay for freight:
a. Giving DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT etc. international express account no.
b. Asking your local international courier to fetch samples from us.
c. Transferring freight to our bank then we use our DHL account to send samples.
d. If you have Chinese friends or partner, freight will be free to them. Or if you have chances to visit China, samples can be sent to your hotel freely. All samples to our domestic places are free.

5) Will you arrange factory visiting if we want?
We welcome but for cooperated customers will be considered priority, 2-3 people will be ok.
Because our factories are far away from our office then if any factory visiting, pls kindly first make an appointment then we will make further arrangement.
