Chemical properties: white crystalline powder, similar to the smell of garlic, Pickle. Hygroscopic, soluble in water or ethanol, insoluble in ether and chloroform. Acidic (10g / L H2O in pH2-2.75) in aqueous solution, mp101-107 ℃.
This product is N-acetyl-cysteine ??derivatives, molecules containing a mercapto group, a peptide bond can mucin disulfide (-SS-) fracture, thereby mucin peptide chain into small molecules, lower mucin viscosity, and therefore product mucus, purulent sputum, respiratory mucus dissolving drugs.
