Appearance: Light yellow uniform powder
Properties:
1.Good water solubility, It can be dissolved in water, the ratio is 1: 3. The solution can keep stable without adding other additives.
2.Anionic type brightener, It can be used along with anionic or nonionic surfactant in one bath.
3.Good resistance to hard water, the ions of Ca2+ and Mg2+ nearly no influence on its whitening performance, but it is unendurable to the heavy metal ion such copper, iron, etc.
4.General acid-resistance and the optimal applied situation is PH value>7 .
5.Good resistance to peroxide bleach agent and containing reductive bleaching agent(sodium hydrosulfite).
Applications:
BBU is used in paper pulp, sizing process and coating mixtures. Suitable for cotton fiber and glue fiber. It also can be used in the syrup of white discharge plasma.
Method of usage:
The recommended loading concentration when used in padding dyeing is 0.1-0.5%, bath ratio is 1:20-30, holding time is about 20-40min at 60-100℃. It can be changed depending on substrate, processing conditions, and long-term stability requirements.
