As many aspects of organic synthesis of esterifying agent and photography drugs, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat preservative, pigment, leather etc..

Can be used to produce chemical products, such as furan acrylic acid, acetate and chloroacetic acid etc..

The product of the buffer as a seasoning, can ease the bad smell and prevent discoloration, mold has a certain role.

It also can be used as a seasoning sauce, pickled cabbage, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, adhesive etc.. Mixed with methyl cellulose, phosphate, used to preserve sausage, bread, improve adhesive etc.
