Usage : Deca Durabolin (also known as Deca or Nandrolone Decanoate) is an anabolic androgenic steroid that is primarily used by professional bodybuilders and athletes to improve red blood cell production, muscle growth, appetite, and bone density.
Applications:
Nandrolone use is directly detectable in hair or indirectly detectable in urine by testing for the presence of 19-norandrosterone, a metabolite. The International Olympic Committee has set a limit of 2.0 μg/L of 19-norandrosterone in urine as the upper limit,[2] beyond which an athlete is suspected of doping.
Mass spectrometry is also used to detect small samples of nandrolone in urine samples, as it has a unique molar mass.

Deca-Durabolin is the Organon brand name for the injectable steroid nandrolone decanoate. This compound came around early in the wave of commercial steroid development, first being made available as a prescription medication in 1962. This steroid is an extremely long acting compound, with the decanoate ester said to provide this drug a slow release time of up to three or four weeks. While perhaps true in a technical sense, what we find with further investigation is that the release parameters after a single injection are such that a strong release of nandrolone is really only maintained for one to two weeks. This figure admittedly fails to take into account drug buildup that may occur after multiple injections, which may allow a longer duration of good effect to be seen.
Nandrolone Decanoate Functions:
Nandrolone increases muscle mass by facilitating nitrogen retention in muscle tissues, and
consequently, many athletes have taken it to build muscle, increase strength or aid recovery after muscle injury. Nandrolone also helps recovery from and prevents joint injuries by storing excess water (as synovial fluid) in the joints, and this additional joint lubrication has encouraged nandrolone use among strength athletes.
Nandrolone Decanoate Side Effects:
Nandrolone can cause liver cell tumors, and may result in peliosis hepatitis, the formation of blood-filled cysts inside the liver and/or spleen. Both of these conditions can be fatal.
Nandrolone has caused hypercalcemia in women, and also effects blood serum cholesterol, including the lowering of HDL (good cholesterol).
Nandrolone may also result in acne, insomnia, jaundice (yellowing of skin), depression and/or
aggression. It may also cause allergic reactions that include diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
Nandrolone Decanoate Dosages:
100mg per week will be enough to promote joint relief and comfort.
200mg per week will be the minimum dosing for performance based effects, i.e. growth.
400mg per week will be the maximum dose most will ever need for performance.
500-600mg per week can be used safely, but this does increase side-effect probability and should only be attempted by the elite and well-experienced.
Total Use:
When supplementing with Nandrolone-Decanoate, 8 weeks of total use should be the minimal time frame of use. Any use less than 8 weeks will provide very little as this is such a slow acting steroid, and will simply be a waste of time. To maximize your results, 10-12 weeks of total use will be far more optimal, with 16 weeks generally being the maximal time frame of use.
As an oil-based steroid, patients must inject nandrolone into intra-muscular tissue. Typical dosages range from 50 to 100 mg peer week for women and 100 to 200 mg per week for men
