Detailed Description
YAC-S313 can be used to improve the properties of the mineral-filled elastomeric, including modulus, tensile and tear strength, heat buildup, abrasion resistance, resilience, compression set and cure time may be achieved with NQ-59.
This silane chemically bonds reinforcing minerals such as silica, clay, mica and talc to the polymer matrix especially the sulfur-cured and metal oxide-cured rubber and elastomer.
YAC-S313 also can be used as a pretreatment on minerals or added at the time of compounding. Mineral-reinforced rubbers such as shoe soles, rollers, wheels, white sidewalls, wire and cable insulation are the common case NQ-590 could be used in.
As a silane coupling agent, YAC-S313 can used in epoxy resins, polyurethanes, polyesters, styrene-butadiene rubber and natural rubber to increase the performance of the composite material . And can be used as a reinforcement and a crosslinking acceleratorglass in fibers, deep ink, glue and sealing material.
