Physical properties:
White tetragonal crystal or powder. Rutile lattice. Slight purple fluorescence. Tasteless. Very slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. The relative density of 3.18. Melting point 1248 °C. Boiling point 2260 °C.
Uses:
Optical lens coating, reduce the reflection of incident light, reduce flare and improve image quality. Manufacture of ceramics and glass. Magnesium metal metallurgical flux. As cathode ray fluorescent screen material, etc.
Fluorescence grade: purity min. 99%
Particle size range can be customized 0.1-5mm
