L-Carnitine L-Tartrate is the stable form of L-Carnitine. It is less-hygroscopic and is stable at ambient conditions. It comes as a white crystalline powder and has a pleasant acidic taste. It is highly soluble in water, but has a rather limited solubility in organic solvents.
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate is the ideal form of L-Carnitine for all applications in solid forms, especially for tablets and capsules. It is used in pharmaceutical and food application as dietary supplement, and found as well an application in cosmetics
