Dosage:
Intramuscular
1 .In Male hypogonadism
Adult: 50 to 400mg after every 2 to 4 wks for cipionate; 50 to 400 mg after every 2 to 4 weeks for enantate.
2. In Inoperable metastatic Cancer of breast
Adult: As enanthate: 200 to 400 mg after every 2 to 4 wks.

Subcutaneous In Male hypogonadism
Adult: As subcutaneous implant: 100 to 600 my dose usually able to maintain plasma level of Test within normal range for 4 to 5 months.

Transdermal In Male hypogonadism
Adult: As patch that delivers 2.5 to 7.5 mg everyday. It must be applied to back, abdomen, upper arms, things as directed. Scrotal patch that contains 10 or 15 mg(supplies 4 to 6 mg per 24hrs): Us as directed.

Buccal In Male hypogonadism
Adult: 30 mg twice per day

Oral In Male hypogonadism
Adult: 120 to 160 mg everyday of followed by maintenance dose of 40 to 120 mg everyday.
