ALT-HV 50 moisturizing agent can be used as a cost effective moisturizing agent alternative when reducing the concentrations of silicones and aesthetic enhancing agents typically required in traditional moisturizing systems and/or as a cost effective alternative to higher end moisturizing ingredients.
