    Detailed Description

    Via oxygenation effect from hepatic microsomal enzyme Procarbazine HCl releases CH3+, which will combine with DNA and result in depolymerization of wich and methylation of AMP and ATG, precursors of DNA. Thus synthesis of RNA and protein is inhibited, and block cell cycle from S period to G2 period and interfere tumor cell proliferation.No impurity control in current ChP or USP according to Procarbazine HCl, impurity profile of which produced in CREDIT CHEMWERTH is superior to that of the USP Reference Standard. An assay content of NLT 99.5% is now available.
