Hengyang Tianyou Chemical Co.,Ltd.i.e.,China Nuclear Industrial Group Corp.NO.272 Plant is a large scale chemical industry metallurgy enterprise. It is affiliated with China Nuclear Industry Company. We are national second grade enterprise, first grade measure unit, and good unit of national equipment management. We got the management awards. We were one of 1000 key contact enterprises of national economy & trade committee in 1995. In December,1997, we got the certification of ISO9002 quality system, We were one of ten key advantage companies of Hunan province in 1999. In December of 2003, 20,000 tons of polymeric ferric sulfate production line which having the independent intellectual property right was built up and gone into operation. It passed the ISO9001锛?000 Authentication in September,2004. So it has become the domestic biggest ferric flocculant manufacturer which enabled the company to enjoy a certain reputation in the environmental protection field.

In 1991,abroad advanced technology is introduced then titanium dioxide branch plant was founded after the setting up of the product line of titanium dioxide 5000 tons one year. Ten years later, this plant has become one of the largest titanium dioxide producers, with a yearly production of 15000 tons of pigment-grade titanium dioxide.

Taking human as basis,struggling for number one and winning others by quality, we earned ISO9002 quality certificate in 1998. The main product of titanium dioxide whose mark "Tianyou" has a high fame in domestic market,and is sold to EU,America,Southeast Asia etc. Company,occupying 5 square kilometers,located in Southeast Hengyang, near Peking-Guangzhou railway,national road 107,Peking-Zhuhai speedway and Xiangjiang river,has an advantaged locatoin and a convenient transportation system.
