The Wenzhou Foreign Trade Industrial Product Cooperation was founded in the late 80's, being a subsidiary department of the National Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economics.

After several successful years, it became independent in 1993 under the leadership of Mr. Zheng Jianwei, the former manager of the department.

In the following 15 years, Wenzhou Foreign Trade Industrial Product Co., Ltd. could achieve a rapid, over average growth so that by now it has already become a comprehensive cooperation, having independent departments and employing more than 1500 people. Furthermore, with a turnover of about 400 million US dollar in 2005, it ranked for the 8 th year in series among the top 10 taxpayer in Wenzhou city.

In the same year, the agrochemical sector of Wenzhou Foreign Trade Industrial Product Co., Ltd., which was established in 1999, had already incorporated three pesticides producing factories around China and started a collaboration with a processing factory in Shanghai.

At that time, Wenzhou Foreign Trade Industrial Product Co., Ltd. decided to outsource the agrochemical department and founded Zhejiang E-tong Chemical Co., Ltd. in order to specialize in the prospering agrochemical business.

ZHEJIANG E-TONG CHEMICAL CO., LTD

The Zhejiang E-tong Chemical Co., Ltd. is a young, prosperous enterprise, benefiting from the experience of its old-established parent company.

When registering in 2005, we had already had 4 years of experience from producing and selling chemical products, as being the Chemical Department of Wenzhou Foreign Trade Industrial Product Co., Ltd. before.

We had already taken over three factories (Fujiang BaoJieLi, Neimenggu Yandang, and Wenzhou Zaolong) in which we begun to establish modern Research and Development Centers, in order to provide even more efficient products. After also upgrading the Quality Control laboratories to the highest level, we opened our international department in Shanghai with the purpose to successfully meet the challenge of the international market, in August 2006.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Each of our factories is equipped with its own Research and Development Centre, trying to establish even better and more efficient products, environmentally friendly and having a broad effect. Therefore we spend considerable resources, employing first-class technicians and searching throughout the world for materials which modern agriculture demands. We also collaborate with several chemical Universities to press ahead with the development of new products, which is then followed by an accurate analysis including field trials as required by the Ministry of Argiculture.

Our ambition is to bring out at least 2 to 3 new products per year.

QUALITY POLICY

In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we have developed our own operating and quality control system for which we got the certificate of the ISO9002 international quality control system in 2006.

With this optimized system we strictly control every production stage including market survey, product development, supply chain management, resource management, storage management, product realization, product inspection, sales management, and even the service after sales.

Our QC laboratories provide high technology equipment including High Pressure Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Spectrophotometer, Viscometer, Infrared Moisture Analyzer, etc.. Furthermore, we have developed a series of integrated logical analysis methods and standards so that we can guarantee the top quality of the products we send out.
