Human teratogenic effects by an unspecified route: developmental abnormalities of the craniofacial areas, skin, and skin appendages, and body wall. Experimental reproductive effects. Questionable human carcinogen producing leukemia. Mutation data reported. Used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, metal poisonings, and cystinuria.
