Effects are dose dependent and are not the same for everyone.
It is recommended to start doses low at around 50mg before working up to higher doses of 100mg. Do not exceed 200mg in a 24 hour period. Doses should be split between the morning and the afternoon.
Mild side effects are commonly experienced and can typically be avoided by reducing dosage or splitting dosage between the morning and night. Non-mild side effects are typically a result of extended use and/or improper dosage.
