Details

JRD-450 is a high fatty acid sodium soap, for used in wet drawing (water tank drawing), which adjust the lubricant concentration from 0.5% to 0.6%, according to the wire drawing conditions, adjust the level of concentration. For the first time formulated 60-70 ℃ hot water available, as per 1:8, after stirring paste, pour into tank or lubricating fluid circulating pool, the dry powder can be added directly into the tank later.



It may be foaming when drawing started, but after using the 1-2 times, the foam will disappear and form into a certain viscosity lubricating fluid.



When the lubricant is not be used in the water tank for long time, due to the growth of anaerobic bacteria, the lubricating fluid may turn black and stank, then you can run the machine for times, after aeration, color and odor disappears, it would not affect the use of lubricating fluid.



Light yellow coating on the wire surface is the perfect state when water tank drawing, it is good for the mold and can prolong it service life, improve production efficiency. If scratches appeared on the surface of the wire, you need to check the concentration of lubricant and mold conditions.
