Properties:
KSN is insoluble in water, but soluble in high boiling point organic solvents such as phenyl-chloride. KSN has the similar chemical structure to OB-1, but has much better whitening effects than OB-1 on polyester fibres and plastics, its compatibility with plastics is better than OB-1. It can get highly whitening effects with only small dosage, KSN has a good resistance to high temperature as well as excellent resistance to light and weather.
Applications: it is widely used in polyester fiber and plastic materials, polyamide, polyacrylonnitrile, films and plastic pressing & injection processure.
Method of usage:
The recommended loading concentration is 0.01-0.05% on weight of plastic or polyester granules. It can be changed depending on substrate, processing conditions, and long-term stability requirements.
Please Noted: above recommended loading can be a reference. Exact loading must be
determined by compositions of the specific polymer system
Packing: Packaged in fiber drums or complex bags, 25kg each
