Application:The product is a intermediate halogenated quinoline anti amoebic drugs, including Chiniofon, clioquinol, iodoquinol etc.. This drug plays a role of anti Amiba, Amiba dysentery by inhibiting intestinal commensal bacteria, it has no influence of Amiba on intestinal protozoa.Recent years, foreign reports that this kind of medicaments may cause subacute myelo optic neuropathy, the drug has been banned in Japan and US, even iodoquinol cause the disease than clioquinol is rare. Intermediate 8- hydroxyquinoline is dye, pesticide. The sulfate and copper salt is excellent preservatives, disinfectants and antiseptics.
