Properties: Odorless, bitter taste, low poison, and skin contact with irritating, there is little harm to water. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, chloroform, hot benzene, hot toluene, soluble in dilute inorganic acid. The solution is strongly alkaline, stability in air.
Application: Mainly used as medium speed accelerator of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Commonly used as activity agent of thiazole, thiuram and surfactant accelerator, can be used for continuous vulcanization with accelerator DM, TMTD. As second accelerator of thiazoles, vulcanized rubber anti-aging performance decreased, must be fitted with appropriate antioxidant. The product is not suitable for white or light-colored products and rubber products in contact with food. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber, sole, industrial products, hard rubber and thick wall products. Two benzene guanidine has also been used for plastic cross-linking agent, thermochromic materials, ore flotation agent, coating agent, polishing material, metal building materials analytical reagent and additive.
Storage Notes: Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Away from fire and heat source, not mixed storage, should be stored apart from oxidant. Storage areas should be equipped with emergency treatment to prevent leakage.
