We are looking for a manufacturer (not trading company) of Alumina and Molybdenum. We in Korea are supplying the Sapphire Ingot & Wafer to LED lighting and LED Display manufacturers. First of all, we are sending the specification of Alumina we need. Please check and let me know if you can supply those . SPECIFICATION we require 1. Alumina(Al2O3)_Aluminium Oxide Granule Pellet Purity (%) 99.997% above 99.997% Density (g/?) 2.0~2.5 3.4 Particle Size (mm) 1~2mm above ∮50 *20mm phase 100% alpha Color White White Meantime, I would like to know about the followings ; 1. What’s your process of manufacturing ? - Bayer process - Calcination of Ammonium Alum - Hydrolysis process of Aluminum Alcoxide 2. Have you ever produced the Alumina with above 99.997% ? Would you let me have the data for pre-qualification as follows ? - Presentation for your company - Quality Control Process - Sales record like volume per month or year - Test report for the product of Purity, Density etc. 3. Do you have your Mine ? Please understand why I need to ask as above. This project should be pushed forward secretly as soon as possible.
