I would require a supply of (Dextropropoxyphene) Doloxene cap's , to wean a patient who has been on a range of strong opioid analgesics for four years eg; Oxycontin ect.. In the past this patient has responded well to the drug distalgesic, it also appears he has low CYP2D6 gene; so as to make it a better than (Buprenorphine) to manage withdrawl.
